How It Works
From the first nomination thread to the day a new member's debut single is released — every stage of AIdeal's formation runs through the community. Here is the full model, no shortcuts.
4-Phase Participation Model
Nomination
The fan community opens nominations for the next AIdeal slot. Fans debate and propose candidate concepts — vocal range, visual style, personality, musical genre. Ideas that gain community traction advance to the ballot.
Paradigm AI reviews nominations against content and safety guidelines, but does not control ballot composition — which candidates advance is determined by community traction, not by internal creative judgment.
Voting
A 28-day global election opens. Any verified fan account holder — one vote per account — can choose their candidate. Vote tallies update in real time on the voting page.
Anti-manipulation systems including identity verification, rate limiting, and VPN detection ensure the result reflects genuine community preference, not bot activity or campaign gaming.
AI Performance Generation
After the vote closes, Paradigm AI's generative engine goes to work. Voice synthesis trained on the character profile. Visual design guided by community aesthetic input. Stage choreography generated around the music.
Fan input does not stop at the ballot. Post-vote surveys run immediately after an election closes — community responses directly shape the winner's debut costume, color direction, and first-single genre. The character that emerges is genuinely co-produced.
Community Reaction
The new member debuts with their first single and a full visual performance. The community reacts — and that reaction feeds back into the next cycle. Merchandise concepts, next-song genre votes, live virtual event formats are all decided through community input.
Paradigm AI is not a standard idol agency that hands finished product to fans. Fan participation is not a marketing mechanic that ends at launch — it is the operating model for the life of the group.
Three AI Subsystems
Paradigm AI's generative performance engine is built on three interdependent systems, all tuned to the character the community chose.
Voice Synthesis
Each member's vocal model is built around their fan-voted personality profile — register, timbre, dynamic range, emotional texture. Airi's high soprano and NEON's rapid electronic delivery are separate models, not the same engine with settings changed. Led by Hana Miyamoto (CTO).
Character Rendering
Visual design system that produces costume variations, facial expression sets, and motion vocabulary from the community's aesthetic brief. Each new member's look is directionally defined by fan survey input, then realized by Lead Character Designer Sora Kim — not generated from a shared template.
Stage Direction
Choreography, camera blocking, and lighting direction are generated to fit the track's energy and the character's performance persona — Hoshi's dancer-first presence calls for different stage language than NEON's confrontational electronic delivery. No physical stage. Music Production Lead: Kenji Ota.
